Two teenagers are in police custody following their apprehension by community members in Akatsi, Volta Region, on suspicion of stealing a sack of charcoal. The suspects were reportedly made to carry the stolen goods before being handed over to the authorities.
The incident occurred when residents reportedly caught the teenagers with the sack of charcoal. While initially detained by the community, the suspects were later rescued from the angry residents and subsequently transferred to the police for further investigation and processing.
