Police have arrested a man suspected of being a land guard who terrorized communities around Abokobi. The arrest was made on March 5, 2026.
The suspect has been identified as Saviour Kojo Ekpe, aged 45.
Intelligence gathered by the National Operations Directorate Surveillance Unit led to his capture.
During the arrest, police recovered weapons and ammunition from the suspect.
Ekpe was believed to be the most wanted land guard in the Abokobi area.
The Ghana Police Service stated that his actions had caused fear among residents.
Further investigations into his activities are underway.
