Police in the Upper West Region have arrested seven people. They are suspected of being part of a group that steals motorbikes.

The police also found 17 suspected stolen motorbikes. These were found in different places around the Wa Municipality and other areas in the region.

This action came after police received information. They were investigating the theft of one motorbike in Jirapa.
