A man will spend five years in prison for stealing yams.
The Kumasi Circuit Court handed down the sentence to the 25-year-old man.
He was found guilty of entering a property without permission and taking 100 tubers of yam.
The court determined he committed unlawful entry and theft.
The sentence includes hard labour.
