Officers intercepted vehicles believed to be carrying stolen livestock. The Central North Regional Police Command made the arrests after conducting surveillance in the area based on intelligence.

Law enforcement officials reported that a total of 27 goats were recovered from the suspects. The operation aimed to disrupt organized animal theft rings operating in the region.

Authorities are continuing their investigations into the activities of these syndicates. Further details regarding the suspects and ongoing legal proceedings will be provided by the Ghana Police Service.
