A driver, identified only as SIM 1, has been ordered by a court to pay a fine of GHC3,600. This penalty is for the theft of GHC5,100.
The court also ruled that SIM 1 will spend two years in prison if he does not pay the fine. This decision was made on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.
The case was presided over by His Lordship Simon Nketiah Gagah.
