A businessman is in police custody following a court order. An Accra Circuit Court made the decision to remand him.
The man is accused of stealing goods. The value of these stolen goods is reported to be GH₵200,000.
He also faces allegations of defrauding the complainant. This is said to have been done through false pretenses.
