A suspected cable thief has been apprehended in Kpone Freezone after allegedly attempting to steal armoured cables from an abandoned block factory in the early hours of the morning.
The suspect was reportedly caught in the act by army officers around 3:00 a.m. before being handed over to the Ghana Police Service for further investigation and processing.
