A gold dealer and his associates were reportedly targeted in an armed robbery incident while traveling on the road from Denkyei to Fomena. The suspects allegedly made off with valuable raw gold ore.
The victims were allegedly intercepted by armed individuals who also reportedly seized their mobile phones and other belongings. The exact value of the stolen gold ore is yet to be determined as investigations are ongoing.
