Police have arrested a 45-year-old man identified as Saviour Kojo Ekpe in Abokobi.
Ekpe is alleged to be a notorious land guard who has been causing fear among residents in the area.
The arrest followed a search conducted at his residence by a team of police officers.
During the search, police officers discovered several weapons and ammunition.
These included four pump action guns and 101 rounds of AA/BB live ammunition.
Authorities also found a jack knife and a Glock pistol along with 17.9mm live ammunition.
The total quantity and types of firearms and ammunition seized are significant.
