The Accra Regional Police Command has arrested a man named Emmanuel Ofori. He is 25 years old.
Police say Mr. Ofori was snatching phones from people in the Adentan area.
Officers arrested him after receiving a tip from someone.
He is currently assisting the police with their investigation.
