Prison Service Assistants (PSAs) have converged at the Prison Officers Training School to commence a crucial Refresher Training Programme. This initiative is designed to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge for their upcoming absorption into the mainstream Ghana Prisons Service.
The training follows the completion of their initial two-year contract period under a youth employment scheme. The programme aims to ensure a seamless transition and continued dedication to service within the national correctional facilities.
