A man has been sentenced to one month in prison. He was found guilty of trying to steal a police armoured vehicle.
The incident happened in Nkawie in the Atwima Nwabiagya South Municipality of the Ashanti Region. The court heard that the man attempted to steal the vehicle.
The Kwadaso Circuit Court in Kumasi delivered the sentence. The man is 26 years old and unemployed.
He will serve his jail term for the attempted theft.
