A driver has been sentenced to five years in prison with hard labour. An Accra Circuit Court handed down the sentence after finding him guilty of stealing.
The court convicted the driver of conspiracy to commit crime and stealing. The value of the stolen goods was reported to be GH₡40,000.
The stolen items were reportedly taken by the driver.
This conviction follows a legal process at the Accra Circuit Court.
