Evangelist Nana Agradaa is scheduled to be released from custody on March 3, 2026. This follows the application of Ghana’s standard remission policy. Her legal representative, Richard Asare Baffour, confirmed the projected release.
The release is a result of routine correctional procedures. It is not a special intervention or pardon. Mr. Baffour explained that the remission policy allows prisoners to have their sentences reduced.
This policy is a standard practice within the Ghanaian correctional system. It serves to acknowledge good behavior and adherence to prison regulations.
The remission policy is designed to provide incentives for rehabilitation.
