Inspector-General of Police Christian Tetteh Yohuno met with leaders of the Okada Riders Association of Ghana. This meeting happened on Wednesday, September 16.
The goal was to build better teamwork and make sure riders follow road safety rules. Members of the Police Management Board were also present.
The IGP wants to ensure all motorcycle taxi operators understand and obey traffic laws. This includes proper licensing and safe riding practices.
The association's leaders agreed to work with the police. They will help spread the message about road safety to their members across the country.
