Fulbe chiefs have asked the Inspector-General of Police for an independent investigation. They want to know more about the death of Nasiru Abdul Rahman.
Nasiru Abdul Rahman died following a police operation. This happened in the Upper West Region.
The National Council of Fulbe Chiefs and the Congress of Fulbe Communities sent the petition. It was dated August 14, 2026.
Alhaji Seidu Bukari signed the petition. He also asked for an independent inquiry.
