Immigration and Police officers conducted a raid in Pakyi, Amansie West. They were supported by the Amansie West District Assembly.
During the operation, 28 foreigners were arrested. Their landlord was also taken into custody.
Authorities stated the individuals are suspected of violating Ghana's immigration laws.
The arrests took place on March 29, 2026.
Further investigation into the alleged violations is ongoing.
The Ghana Police Service is handling the case.
