Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) officials have apprehended a 46-year-old coconut trader for allegedly obstructing a public walkway and bus stop near the Arts Centre. The trader is accused of converting the space into an unauthorized storage and trading area.
During the operation, authorities discovered and seized over 500 coconuts from the encroached public space. The AMA's action is part of ongoing efforts to clear public spaces and ensure adherence to trading regulations within the capital.
