Police in Kasoa have arrested four people. They are suspected of being landguards.
The suspects allegedly demanded money from landowners and builders. This happened in the Kasoa area of the Central Region.
The Ghana Police Service carried out the arrests. An investigation into the alleged extortion activities is now underway.
