A joint operation involving Immigration Service officers and the Ghana Police Service has led to the arrest of 28 foreign nationals.

The arrests occurred in Pakyi within the Amansie West district.

Authorities also arrested the landlord of the property where the foreigners were staying.

The individuals are suspected of violating Ghana’s immigration laws.

The Amansie West District Assembly assisted in the operation.

Further investigations are underway by the police and immigration services.
