Immigration Service and Ghana Police Service officers have arrested 28 foreigners and a landlord. The operation took place in the Amansie West District.
The suspects were found in hideouts in Pakyi No. 1 and No. 2. They were apprehended during security raids.
Authorities stated the arrests were made due to violations of Ghana’s immigration laws.
The Ghana Police Service and the Immigration Service worked together on this operation.
