Ghanaian lawmakers are calling for answers after an attack on soldiers in Lebanon. The soldiers are part of a United Nations peacekeeping mission.

The Minority Caucus in Parliament has expressed strong disapproval of a missile strike. This strike reportedly happened on March 6.

The attack hit a base belonging to the UN Interim Force in Lebanon, known as UNIFIL. Several Ghanaian peacekeepers were seriously hurt.

The Caucus stated that this incident is deeply troubling. They also said it is unacceptable under international law. They are demanding a complete investigation into the attack.
