The Amansie Central District Chief Executive (DCE) can continue working while an investigation proceeds. This decision was confirmed by the Lands Ministry.
The ministry's Media Relations Officer, Paa Kwesi Schandorf, explained that the DCE's presence in office has not caused any problems for the investigation.
Mr. Schandorf stated that the ongoing probe into the DCE remains secure and unaffected by his continued duties.
The ministry's position is that the integrity of the investigation is being maintained. This allows the district's administration to continue functioning.
