The Amansie Central District Chief Executive (DCE) is still performing his duties while an investigation is underway.
A spokesperson for the Lands Ministry, Paa Kwesi Schandorf, stated that the DCE's continued work has not harmed the integrity of the ongoing probe.
Schandorf made these remarks in an interview on March 16.
