The Ghana Gold Board, also known as GoldBod, has entered into an agreement with the Ghana Geological Survey Authority (GGSA). This partnership aims to explore for minerals in key locations.
The investigations will take place in three blocked-out areas. These areas are named Funsi, Atuna, and Bensere East.
This initiative marks Phase One of a larger project. The GGSA will conduct the necessary geological surveys.
The goal is to assess the mineral wealth within these specific regions.
This collaboration supports the country's efforts in mineral resource management.
