The Ghana Gold Board, known as GoldBod, has signed a deal with the Ghana Geological Survey Authority. This partnership aims to conduct geological investigations.

The investigations will take place in three areas identified as having mineral potential. These locations are Funsi, Atuna, and Bensere East.

This effort is part of the initial phase of a larger project. The goal is to find and assess valuable mineral deposits within these regions.

The agreement was announced by GoldBod through their official channels.

The Ghana Geological Survey Authority will provide the expertise for these crucial examinations.

This collaboration is expected to boost the country's mineral exploration activities.

The findings could lead to future mining opportunities.
