The Ghana Gold Board has signed a new agreement. It is with the Ghana Geological Survey Authority.
This partnership will help look for minerals. Investigations will take place in three areas known to have minerals. These areas are Funsi, Atuna, and Bensere East.
This work is the first part of a larger project. It aims to better understand Ghana's mineral resources.
