The family of Ivan Apprey Baidoo has asked the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) to look into his death.
Ivan was a 20-year-old student studying law at Central University. He died after a motorbike accident.
The accident happened on the Tema Motorway. This occurred on Thursday, August 22.
The family wants a full investigation into what happened.
The Ghana Police Service has received their petition.
