Amansie Central DCE probe unaffected by his office presence

Emmanuel Agyemang, the District Chief Executive for Amansie Central, remains in his position.

His continued presence in office does not affect the ongoing investigation. This is according to Paa Kwesi Schandorf, the Public Relations Officer for the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources.

The investigation concerns allegations of illegal mining taxation.

Mr. Schandorf confirmed that the inquiry is proceeding without impediment.
