The 45-year-old woman was found guilty of fraud. She deceived a businessman and took GH₵40,000 from him.

The court heard that she promised to help the businessman get a visa. This promise was not true.

She was convicted of fraudulent procurement of a visa. This means she tricked someone to get a visa unfairly.
