Police have arrested a 20-year-old woman, Promise Yayra Asamani. She is accused of spreading false information.
The allegations were posted on Snapchat. They were about an Uber driver.
Ms Asamani’s posts reportedly caused damage to the driver’s reputation and work.
The Ghana Police Service took her into custody. An investigation into the matter is underway.
