Police in Accra have arrested two Nigerian men.They are Martins Chukwuebuka Okoro and Bright Chigozirim Okoro.
The arrest happened at a hotel in Accra. This followed a complaint from a Ghanaian businessman.
The men are accused of taking GH₵70 000 from the businessman. They allegedly used fake US dollars and other foreign currencies to carry out the fraud.
The Accra Regional Police Command made the arrests.
The suspects are currently in police custody. They will face charges in court.
This incident highlights ongoing efforts by the police to combat fraud in the capital.
