Two men have been arrested in Accra. They are accused of pretending to be part of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly task force.

The men, identified as Enoch Aseda and Johnson Odai Gyebi, allegedly tried to extort money from a woman. This happened during the National Sanitation Day exercise.

The Ghana Police Service is investigating the incident.

Authorities are reminding the public to be aware of individuals impersonating officials.
