Police in Odumase Krobo, Eastern Region, arrested three suspects. The arrests followed a raid on a hideout in Laasi.
The suspects are Ebenezer Natsu, aged 20, George Attor, aged 48, and Bishop Robert Olertey, aged 54. They are accused of counterfeiting US dollars.
Authorities found fake US dollars at the scene. Investigations are ongoing to determine the full extent of the operation.
