Police in Odumase-Krobo have arrested three men accused of printing fake United States dollars.
The arrests happened after officers raided a hideout used by the suspects.
The suspects are Ebenezer Natsu, aged 20, George Attor, aged 48, and Bishop Robert Olertey, aged 54.
Authorities seized counterfeit US dollars from the hideout.
The Eastern Regional Police Command confirmed the arrests and the seizure of the fake currency.
Investigations are ongoing to determine the full extent of the counterfeiting operation.
