Police in Odumase-Krobo, Eastern Region, have arrested three men involved in counterfeiting US dollars. The suspects were apprehended after a raid on their hideout.
The arrested individuals are Ebenezer Natsu, aged 20; George Attor, aged 48; and Bishop Robert Olertey, aged 54. All three were taken into custody by the Ghana Police Service.
During the raid at a location in Laasi, officers seized a quantity of counterfeit US dollars. The exact amount of fake currency is currently part of the ongoing investigation.
