A sales executive has been granted bail for alleged visa fraud. Prince Charles Boateng, 45, appeared before the Dansoman Circuit Court.
The court granted Boateng bail in the amount of GH¢2 million. He faces charges related to defrauding a man of GH¢218,000 and £2,585.
Prosecutors allege Boateng falsely told Augustine Attah Essel that he could secure United Kingdom visas and work permits. These were reportedly for three separate applicants.
The case was heard at the Dansoman Circuit Court. Further details of the court proceedings were not immediately available.
