Police officers in Odumase Krobo have refused a bribe of GH¢200,000. This happened after they seized a significant amount of suspected fake US dollars.

The discovery was made at Odumase Laasi. Authorities found the money hidden inside a metal trunk during an operation.

The amount seized consisted of 105 bundles of what is believed to be counterfeit US currency. The suspects involved attempted to bribe the officers to avoid arrest and confiscation.

However, the police upheld their duty and rejected the monetary offer. This action demonstrates their commitment to combating criminal activity.
