Cybercrime police have successfully busted a syndicate engaged in online scams.
The operation led to the arrest of several individuals suspected of being part of the group.
During the operation, authorities recovered an estimated GH₵500,000 in illicit funds believed to be proceeds from their fraudulent activities.
Investigations are continuing to determine the full extent of the syndicate's operations and identify any other members.
The Ghana Police Service has confirmed the recovery and ongoing investigations.
