A member of the New Patriotic Party communications team, Senyo Amekplenu, has raised concerns about security recruitment processes. He claims that many young Ghanaians seeking employment are being tricked.

Amekplenu described the situation as a "ponzi scheme." He alleges this is happening under the current National Democratic Congress administration.

He made these remarks during a political discussion on a program called The Forum.

The accusation suggests that promises of jobs within security agencies are not being fulfilled. This leaves hopeful applicants in a difficult situation.

The NPP communicator criticized the government for failing to provide genuine employment opportunities.
