An Accra Circuit Court has handed a five-year jail sentence to a 35-year-old man.
The court found him guilty of defrauding his colleague.
He took GH¢30,000 from the victim.
The man promised to help the colleague get a visa to travel to the United Kingdom.
The Judicial Service confirmed the sentence includes hard labour.
The ruling was made on June 6, 2026.
