A man identified as 34 years old has been arrested by the police. This happened in the Ashanti Region.

He is accused of pretending to be a military officer. This allowed him to trick a trader.

The trader reportedly lost GH₵7,800 to the suspect. The money was given for a promised supply of mining equipment.
