The suspect allegedly took GHC50,000 from more than 40 individuals. This happened through fake online job postings. He promised employment to victims.
The individuals paid various sums of money for these supposed jobs. The Ghana Police Service is investigating the matter.
Authorities are urging the public to be cautious of online job offers that seem too good to be true.
