The Ghana Police Service stated that the suspect allegedly collected large sums of money from various individuals.
Authorities reported that the promised visas were never processed. This led to financial losses for the victims.
The suspect is currently in police custody assisting with investigations.
The police are urging anyone who may have been a victim of this alleged scam to come forward.
