Police in the Ashanti Region have arrested a man named Kwabena Fobi. He is 35 years old.
Fobi is accused of promising people big money from an investment scheme. The scheme was not real.
He allegedly took GHS15,000 from two individuals.
The Ghana Police Service confirmed the arrest.
He has been charged with fraud.
The police are looking into the case further.
They want to find out if anyone else was affected.
