Police in Tema have arrested a man and a woman. They are accused of distributing fake Ghanaian currency.
The arrests were made at the couple's home in Tema.
During the arrest, police recovered illegal machines that detect money.
They also found a quantity of fake Ghanaian currency notes.
The Ghana Police Service is investigating the matter.
The couple has been charged with currency counterfeiting offences.
