Police in Cape Coast have arrested a man. He claimed to be a presidential staffer. He also said he was a Captain in the Ghana Army.
The suspect identified himself as Dr Patrick Nelson Ayittey. He is accused of defrauding people by pretending to be someone he was not.
These fake identities were used in a visa fraud scheme. The arrest took place in Cape Coast.
