A businesswoman has been sentenced by an Accra court for defrauding a client.
The court ordered her to pay a fine of GH₵50,000.
She was given the option of serving two years in prison if she fails to pay the fine.
The court ruled that the businesswoman took money from her client.
She did not provide the service that was agreed upon.
This ruling came after a Judicial Service proceeding.
