A court has ordered a businessman to remain in custody. He is accused of defrauding an investor of GH¢200,000.
The Accra Magistrate Court heard the allegations against the businessman.
He is said to have made false promises to secure money for a project. Authorities state this project did not exist.
The case was brought before the court by prosecutors.
